CSR Policy :

Eurazeo Global Investor (“EGI”) does not currently consider the principal adverse impacts (“PAIs”) of its investment decisions on sustainability factors in the manner prescribed by Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”).

In light of the nature and scale of its activities, and the diversity of the alternative investment funds it manages or makes available, EGI has determined that complying with the detailed requirements of the PAI regime would be disproportionate at this time.

EGI will keep this position under regular review and will formally reassess its approach to the PAI regime periodically, taking into account any relevant regulatory developments or changes in its business activities.

Nevertheless, EGI monitors PAI indicators for alternative investment funds referred to in Article 8 of the SFDR and Article 9 of the SFDR, excluding fund of funds, provided that these funds have opted to consider the principal adverse impacts on sustainability factors under Article 7 of the SFDR.
