Steph Javier

Steph joins Eurazeo as an Executive Assistant in the Investor Relations Team.

Prior to joining, Steph gained solid experience over a decade managing and opening stores for Abercrombie & Fitch and Tiffany & Co in the United States and Europe. In 2018, she transitioned her career toward Executive Assistant roles, working with leading companies such as Juul Labs, which became a decacorn in record time, and L’Oréal, within its Global Research & Innovation headquarters in Paris.

Steph holds a B.S. in Biology from Baylor University and B.A. in Sociology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She also earned a Master’s in UX Design from OpenClassrooms and a certificate in Compelling Communication Skills from Cambridge University.
