Simon-Pierre Ben Soussan

Simon-Pierre joins Eurazeo as Senior Associate - Tax. 

Before joining Eurazeo, Simon-Pierre worked as a lawyer in the tax team at Mayer Brown. In this role, he advised French and international groups as well as investment funds on the structuring and taxation of their activities, particularly in the context of acquisition and financing transactions. He also assisted executives with the tax structuring of their compensation and assets. In addition, he supported companies and individuals in proceedings with the tax authorities and was actively involved in pro bono work for associations, advising them on their tax-related issues.

Simon-Pierre is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (Bachelor’s and Master’s in Economic Law), Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Master II in International Taxation in partnership with HEC Paris), and Bucerius Law School (International and Business Comparative Law). He also holds the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat).
