Réginald de Wasseige

Prior to joining Eurazeo, Reginald served as Principal at Augmentum Fintech, Europe’s leading fintech fund, where he led investment sourcing and execution across wealth and asset management, enterprise AI, insurtech, capital markets, and climate fintech. In parallel, Reginald is a co-founder of Syndicate One, a Belgium-focused angel investment platform that has backed more than 30 early-stage companies - of which 2 were minted as unicorns.

Before this, he worked at ABN AMRO Ventures, the venture capital fund of the Dutch bank, investing in early- and growth-stage fintechs. He began his career in private equity at Cobepa and later co-founded Binderz, a data-infrastructure startup.

Reginald holds a Master’s degree in Management Science from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
