Raphaël Lavner

Raphaël is Director - Portfolio Operations - Venture.

He has over eight years’ experience in corporate finance, investment, and strategy, between Paris and London. He started his career at Evercore, a leading independent investment bank, where he contributed to M&A transactions across various sectors and supported companies through key strategic phases including public offers, refinancing, portfolio rationalization, disposals, and activist defense. His subsequent roles at 50 Partners and BGF gave him exposure to the venture capital ecosystem.

In 2020, Raphaël joined Onepoint as Manager of Corporate Development, overseeing activities such as external growth (acquisitions, divestitures, acqui-hiring), financing and investor relations, and portfolio management, as well as strategic and performance planning. His main areas of expertise comprise M&A, financing, strategy, and digital transformation.

Raphael holds a Master Degree in Management from EM Lyon Business School.
