Neha Mahajan

Neha joins Eurazeo as Director - Infrastructure.

Previously, she worked at Goldman Sachs, progressing from investment banking into principal investing, with a strong focus on energy, infrastructure, sustainability, and climate-related opportunities. 

She began her career in Investment Banking (Natural Resources), advising clients on M&A and financings across renewables, power & utilities, oil & gas, and infrastructure. Alongside client work, she contributed to pro bono projects with London Youth and Right to Play.
Earlier roles at Insight Guru (Trefis.com) and D. E. Shaw & Co. provided a strong foundation in equity and financial research.

Neha holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Bachelor of Commerce from Hans Raj College, Delhi University.
