Martin Picod

Martin worked for four years as Head of Product at a fintech company focused on digitizing large equity operations, including capital increases, bond issuances, and employee equity plans (such as free share grants). He also led the customer operations team until the company was acquired by a Family Office and integrated into their digital team.

Prior to that, he was already active in the early-stage ecosystem, both as a consultant and within startups, helping entrepreneurs launch new ventures.

Martin graduated from Gobelins Paris, where he was trained in digital project management, service design, and innovation.
