Marie-Stéphanie Le Ber

Marie-Stéphanie is the Director - Head of Business Transformation within the Digital & Tech team.

Before joining, she boasts a diverse and international career in financial services, spanning junior roles in Corporate and Investment Banking to leadership and strategy-focused positions. She is driven by a passion for leveraging digital solutions, data, and AI to foster positive transformations.
She spent 15 years at Société Générale Group, which she joined initially as an inspector of the General Inspection. She then successively held senior management positions of subsidiaries in the mobility finance sector (CEO of ALD Automotive Peru, CEO and CFO of Hyundai Capital France) and was entrusted with the leadership of large-scale digital-driven transformation programs and strategic partnerships. In particular, she was responsible for the transformation of ALD Automotive Group into an ECB-regulated entity as part of the acquisition of the LeasePlan Group, and later of coordinating the definition of the AI strategy of Société Générale Group and structuring strategic partnerships in this field.
She began her career at Crédit Agricole CIB as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department dedicated to financial institutions in Paris, and later in structured commodity finance for Latin America.

Marie-Stéphanie holds a degree from the ESSEC Grande École program with a specialization in finance and accounting.
