Previously, Justin worked for Heal Capital, where he evaluated Seed to Series B investments in B2B SaaS and tech-enabled healthcare services.

Prior to that, Justin was a Senior Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners in Boston, advising MedTech, diagnostics, and healthcare IT companies on revenue growth strategies. He led market research and strategy development for PE-backed and Fortune 500 clients. His project experience includes commercial due diligence, SaaS monetization and pricing strategies, sales force restructuring, and post-merger integration.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
