Guillaume de Montchalin

As a Partner and Investment Committee member of Eurazeo Elevate, Guillaume is in particular in charge of the definition and monitoring of Value Creation Plans in the portfolio, as well as Eurazeo's operational support to management teams. He notably ensures the best possible leverage by the Elevate portfolio of the functional and international expert resources of the Eurazeo platform.

Guillaume started his career in the Boston and Paris offices of the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Partner focused on topline and organic growth (Sales, Marketing and Pricing) as well as external growth topics (Post-Merger Integrations).

He graduated from HEC Paris.
