Edouard Guigou

Edouard is a Partner leading Software and Business service sectors for Europe. He additionally serves as a voting member of the Capital Investment Committee. Edouard was involved in the acquisition and monitoring of Fintrax, Seqens, Questel, Planet, Eres and Mapal investments. Prior to joining Eurazeo in 2015, he was a Director at Astorg where he worked for eight years focusing on Business service and Industrial transactions.
From 2012 to 2024, Edouard has been a lecturer at the Sciences-Po Paris, teaching Private Equity within the Finance and Strategy Master.

Edouard holds a Master from Sciences-Po Paris and one from ESCP Business school.
