Caroline Flaissier is an Operating Partner at Eurazeo.

Before joining Eurazeo, Caroline served as Chief Executive Officer of the French Tennis Federation (FFT), overseeing the development of tennis and padel in France as well as the organization of the Roland Garros Grand Slam and the Rolex Paris Masters ATP 1000 tournaments.

Previously, she joined Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner, advising leaders on building high-performance teams, driving strategy execution, and conducting executive searches across Energy, ESG and Industry. She was also Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE Supply B2B France, where she successfully turned around the business and shifted its model towards energy transition services.

Caroline began her career in auditing at Forvis Mazars Group and Ernst & Young before joining TotalEnergies, where she spent 16 years in senior executive roles, both operational (e.g., Deputy CEO of Total Energie Gaz) and functional (e.g., Chief Digital & Innovation Officer of TotalEnergies Gas, Renewables & Power).

Caroline holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and a master's degree in energy physics from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
