Borja Rosales

Borja is a technology and software private equity investor focused on buyouts and growth investments across Europe. Prior to joining, he was a Senior Principal at Seaya Andromeda, a €300m Tech and B2B software growth fund, where he led several minority & majority transactions in Iberia, and director roles across multiple portfolio companies participating in several "roll-up" operations.

Earlier in his career, Borja was an Investment Associate at Alteri Investors (an Apollo-backed operationally focused buyout fund) in London, where he worked on complex control transactions including carve-outs, restructurings and large-cap consumer investments. He began his career in investment banking at Rothschild & Co in London, advising on high-profile M&A transactions across consumer, retail, technology and internet sectors. 

Borja holds an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School and a First Class Honours degree in Economics and Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
