Amandine Ayrem
Amandine Ayrem joined Eurazeo in 2010 and brings her expertise in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, including ingredients and biosolutions.
She began her career in the Investment Banking division of Deutsche Bank in Paris, where she advised several European industrial groups and investment funds on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions.
Since joining Eurazeo, Amandine took part in the execution and monitoring of investments in companies such as Europcar, Foncia, Grandir, CPK, Iberchem, DORC, Aroma-Zone and Sevetys. She also contributed to major divestments including Foncia, Iberchem, and CPK, as well as Eurazeo’s partial exit from Europcar through its 2015 IPO and ABB. Amandine currently serves on the boards of Aroma-Zone and Mapal.
She received the Grand Prix 2019 from France Invest, honoring excellence among women in private equity, and was named one of the Rising Stars of European Private Equity 2020 by Financial News.
Amandine holds a degree in Finance from HEC Paris and completed the Executive Program at Columbia Business School.
